Responsibilities & Context:
Position: Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser (Woven Division)
Location: Near Signboard, Narayanganj
Employment Type: Full-time
We are a reputed woven-based garment factory looking for qualified and self-driven professionals to join our merchandising team.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the full merchandising process from order booking to shipment.
Maintain effective communication with buyers and internal departments.
Follow up on production planning, commercial activities, and supply chain coordination.
Ensure on-time delivery and maintain product quality and compliance.
Handle costing, T&A, and material sourcing effectively.
Requirements:
Merchandiser: Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in woven garments.
Sr. Merchandiser: Minimum 5+ years’ experience in woven merchandising.
Strong knowledge of fabric, trims, consumption, and factory operations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Computer literate (MS Office, Email correspondence).
