Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing key customers account from order inquiry till shipment.
∎ To response customers e-mail immediately preferably within 24 hours & keep further committed comeback date.
∎ Preparing T & A (time & action plan) for every order within 2 (two) days of getting order confirmation.
∎ Responsible for 100% style/ PO on time shipment meeting the quality requirements by the customer.
∎ Maintaining the T&A and files to hand over on time in accordance to with the master plan.
∎ Responsible for material in-house like: yarn, fabric, trims & accessories as per store defined capacity and production plan.
∎ Post cost sheet to prepare for every style and submit within 7 (seven) days of shipment.
∎ To meet the departmental as well as individual KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
∎ should have sound knowledge about technical points.
∎ Provide due support on preparing documentation and receiving LC, export-import procedure and shipping.
∎ Giving and receiving due support to upwards and downwards channel of the team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 4 years' experience in same position.
∎ Good in leadership capability, strong interpersonal skill, communication skills both oral and written specially in English, sound personality.
∎ Honesty, Sincere & Ambition Etc.
