∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ • Applicant must have minimum of 5 years’ experience in garment sourcing & merchandising field.
∎ • Should accept the challenge to join a new startup company.
∎ • Should have adequate knowledge on Merchandising, Product Sourcing, Product Development, Strategic Planning
∎ • Skill in Costing, Merchandising and having technical knowledge of fabric & garments.
∎ • Up to date with the latest Merchandising trends and best practices
∎ • Knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Prepare and follow up of Time & Action plan (TNA) to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials and production.
∎ • Responsible for making samples, pricing, costing and should liaison with next production.
∎ • Handle end to end product’s development till end of production, ensure right quality, right vendor, right price and on time delivery.
∎ • Research market trend, make long-term plan for season wise yearly production.
∎ • Monitor activities from sampling, and development to the shipment stage.
∎ • Forecast profits and sales using computer programs·
∎ • Sourcing Product, fabrics / trims and innovation developments follow ups.
∎ • Responsible for making samples, pricing, costing and should liaison with next production Merchandiser.
∎ • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills and professional attitude towards job responsibilities.
∎ • Follow up sampling, development & production in all stages.
∎ • To do the Pre-costing and post costing of the product.
∎ • Responsible for overall merchandising activities to run the Company.
