B. Com (Hon’s) / M. Com in Accounting / BBA / MBA in Accounting / Finance.

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• The applicants should have knowledge in the following business area: E-commerce.

• Should have good computer knowledge over Accounting Software, MS word, MS Excel & other related office programs. 

• Maintain and administrate company accounts, cash & bank transactions, cash & fund flow statements and reconciliation statements on a daily basis.

• Record vendor bills and payment vouchers properly to ensure accuracy in all accounting results.

• Verify the payment with bills and analyze the nature of expenses to assure operational efficiency.

• Cash & Cheque collection from customers and deposit to respective bank account timely.

• Monitor receivables and payables of relevant entries regularly to substantiate the financial relationship of the company.

• Maintain and update fixed asset and their periodic depreciation on the register so that the longevity of every asset can be ensured.

• Prepare and closing monthly profit & loss accounts.

• Communicate with our respective bank officials time to time for various purposes and keep update bank reconciliation regularly.

• Fund Management and forecasting (Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly).

• Intercompany reconciliation Monthly.

• Prepare different financial reports on monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.
