1. Must be presentable with excellent communication skills.
2. Proven experience as a social media presenter, host, or similar role.
3. Familiarity with social media platforms, live streaming, and content creation.
4. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with customers.
5. Capable to convince customer over social media & phone call.
6. Must be able to convince customer with the smartest ways.
7. Assist customers with product price and quality related issues.
8. Ensure customer satisfaction & provide quality service.
9. Place & Process customer’s order.
10. Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
11. Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
