Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/ Masters in any discipline or relevant degree.
∎ B.Sc in Textile (Apparel Merchandising) will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Job Location : EPZ-Chattogram
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work with customers for all bulk orders and sampling.
∎ Experience to read / follow teach pack / technical sheets & understand customer requirements.
∎ Preparation cost sheet and price negotiation skill with buyer.
∎ Excellent knowledge in different type of knit product, having lingerie & active wear experience is mandatory.
∎ Experience to work with overseas suppliers for RM sourcing and development.
∎ Negotiate / Bargaining power with RM & Fabric suppliers.
∎ Work with fabric mill & trim suppliers to develop new product to meet customer requirements & cost constrains.
∎ Follow up Lab dip / sample approvals as per the CP / T&A.
∎ Involve with Product developments.
∎ Follow up all documentation related to commercial both imports & exports.
∎ Ability to work and follow up critical path / T&A from developments till shipment and update daily / weekly basis.
∎ Follow up / Coordinate with Planning team for capacity allocation / responsible for the on time delivery
∎ Work closely with production / Quality / Packing department and follow up figures daily basis to meet final shipment on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments (knit, Lingerie & Active Wear)
∎ Working experience in ERP System is must preferable.
∎ Strong communication skill in English both oral and written.
∎ Should be good team player who can make decisions individually.
∎ Excellent compute skill specially Excel / Microsoft outlook / presentation skill.
Salary: Negotiable
