Responsibilities & Context:
Assist Head of Department, for overall activities & outcome of the assigned account with absolute integrity & sincerity.
Designs plan for PO/Style-wise activewear and heavy knit as per shipment schedule.
Follow up factory master plan to set up cutting goals & prepare weekly production plan and implement to meet the shipment date.
Ensure that fabric and accessories are available in the house within the time frame.
Handle several numbers of orders/styles at a time independently.
Follow up hourly Production & Efficiency % during style changeover with control line WIP
Follow up total production flow by balancing manpower to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
Implement & maintain the 5S audit regularly.
Develop the skill of cutting operator & helper on the Cutting floor.
To prepare and submit necessary reports required by the Department head.
Ability to work under pressure and in a goal-driven environment
Keeping in mind that the Cutting process is not interrupted due to your own mistakes or for any other reason and inform the department head if any problems arise.
Coordinate with each department and review progress periodically and make sure that there are no surprises to ensure factory goal.
