Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to carefully follow up orders from development till shipment.
∎ Follow up with Buyer to get the product Art work /Original sample and and need to assist internal production unit to develop the accurate lay out /Sample and submit correct sample to Buying House.
∎ Have to enough skills to make the trims order sheet following the factory booking sheet and PO sheet from buying house.
∎ Have to Communicate with Buying House /Garments factory to get the lay out /Sample approval on time.
∎ Have to follow up with Production team to ensure to ship the goods on time with right quality and right quantity.
∎ Need to make the PI and submit to Garments factory to get the LC on time .
∎ Have to closely follow up with Garments factory to open the LC against the submitted PI
∎ Need to closely follow up with Garments factory to get back the Challan with signed so that can submit the documents on time to get the payments against the delivered Goods..
∎ Have to be determined to work under pressure.
∎ Have to execute the others Job assigned by the management.
