• Strong product and material knowledge with good development skill and familiar with merchandising & product development process.

• Ability to build strong relationships with the team members, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines.

• Proficient in English (Written & spoken) and MS office package.

• Handle day-to-day Merchandising operations.

• Overall development & follow-up of sample as per designer requirement.

• Communicate with suppliers for fabric, trims, accessories.

• Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities in fabric, Pre -production sample development, costing.

• Monitor sample development and production to meet requirements on time.

• Production & samples follow up with factories and related procedures.

• Prepare Time and action plan and sourcing plan with execution.

• Doing the consumption of fabrics, trims/accessories and prepare booking.

• Review fit and pre-production & Production samples with the Garment technical department, to ensure that all key comments are followed.

• Maintain Weekly progress reports, with up to date information on all orders & outstanding issues.

• Follow up & Coordination with Production, Quality and Marketing Department and on time delivery.

• Ordering and make sure all fabrics and accessories are in housed on time for production.

• Need to proactively keep Head of operation up to date on any exceptions.

• To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
