∎ Beconnected is currently looking for a team coordinator for our Bangladesh office.
∎ Bangladesh is one of our key offices for growth within the group.
∎ This team works together with our offices in Belgium & Hong Kong/China to supports our clients over the world.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate, support and coach merchandising activities in the team;
∎ Brief merchandisers with orders and follow the order process to ensure quality, compliance, on-time delivery & customer satisfaction;
∎ Book orders at competitive prices with our supplier pool and aiming for the best deals;
∎ Provide advice & suggestions on development, product, production & sourcing to meet customer's buying objectives;
∎ Support our sales managers to develop and expand business opportunities in Bangladesh:
∎ Work closely with all Erve & Beconnected offices to further grow & expand;
∎ Manage and develop the network of suppliers to build and maintain a trustworthy long term supplier pool;
∎ Safeguard quality and compliance in booking and follow up;
∎ Support and train the people in the team to develop their talents and independency;
∎ Help to support our energetic environment with respect & connection to each other, so that we-individually and collectively-can do our best work.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-8 years textile coordination experiences, preferable in a trading company;
∎ Good commercial attitude and business development skills;
∎ Facilitating leadership and coordinator;
∎ A can-do attitude, fighting for the best outcome;
∎ Strong in problem solving;
∎ A mature, excellent negotiator, responsible and self-motivated.
∎ Good communicator in English, both verbally and in written.
