Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A 100% export-oriented garments manufacturer is looking for a passionate candidate for Merchandising & Marketing Department at Islam Garments Ltd (Unit-2), Zarun, Konabari, Gazipur.Follow up all kinds of sample developments and production with a high degree of personal responsibility. Chasing buyer for Proto/SMS/PP/SS sample comments. Assisting team to source fabric/trims/accessories as per required standard. Taking fabric/trims/accessories approval from customer. Communicating with suppliers for submission of fabric/trims/accessories based on set timelines. Arranging Proto/SMS/SS/PP sample fabric/trims/accessories and proceed Proto/SMS/SS/PP sample according the comments. Booking fabric/trims/accessories. Follow up the suppliers to in-house fabric/trims/accessories as per TNA plan. Follow up production as per approved T & A. Ensuring smooth communication with buyers and suppliers on day-to-day merchandising activities and approval. Arrange and participate in PP meetings. Initial Costing. Attending regular meeting with team and cross functional team. Regular communication with client over email and phone to be in good touch with customers. Any other tasks assigned by the management.
