Experience:

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering/Apparel Merchandising will be given preference.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Candidates with experience in handling PVH and Ralph Lauren (RL) will be given preference.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of BOM, trim card, PO management, and production follow-up.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Any brand certification (e.g., from PVH, Ralph Lauren, or similar reputed buyers) will be considered an added advantage.

• Handle buyer communication and understand order requirements.

• Prepare and manage BOM (Bill of Materials) and trim cards and arrange the approval from Buyer.

• Source and order trims/fabrics on-time and ensure timely delivery from supplier on-time in-house, GRN.

• Coordinate with suppliers, factory, and production teams.

• Follow up on PP samples, approvals, and production status.

• Conduct PP meetings and ensure all pre-production elements are aligned.

• Monitor production progress to meet delivery timelines.

• Negotiate costing with suppliers to maintain profitability.

• Prepare order sheets, approvals, and documentation.

• Solve production or quality-related issues efficiently.

• Update trims and Po tracker daily basis.
