- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- B.Sc. in Textile Engineering/Apparel Merchandising will be given preference.

Skills Required: Good English communication skills (verbal and Written)
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates with experience in handling PVH and Ralph Lauren (RL) will be given preference.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of BOM, trim card, PO management, and production follow-up.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Any brand certification (e.g., from PVH, Ralph Lauren, or similar reputed buyers) will be considered an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Handle buyer communication and understand order requirements.
Prepare and manage BOM (Bill of Materials) and trim cards and arrange the approval from Buyer.
Source and order trims/fabrics on-time and ensure timely delivery from supplier on-time in-house, GRN.
Coordinate with suppliers, factory, and production teams.
Follow up on PP samples, approvals, and production status.
Conduct PP meetings and ensure all pre-production elements are aligned.
Monitor production progress to meet delivery timelines.
Negotiate costing with suppliers to maintain profitability.
Prepare order sheets, approvals, and documentation.
Solve production or quality-related issues efficiently.
Update trims and Po tracker daily basis.
