Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 100% follow the instruction from buyer.
∎ Prepare details tech pack immediately after take over the order.
∎ Input order information in ERP system.
∎ Strictly follow the TNA.
∎ Work out the consumption with concerned department.
∎ On time placement of Fabrics, accessories, trims and monitor the status.
∎ Follow up with buyers for confirmation of materials as well as samples.
∎ Communicate with factory for production allotment.
∎ Prepare trim card and arrange PP meeting.
∎ Follow up with the production and shipment.
∎ Prepare final order report after shipment.
∎ Any duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
