Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
- 100% follow the instruction from buyer.
- Prepare details tech pack immediately after take over the order.
- Input order information in ERP system.
- Strictly follow the TNA.
- Work out the consumption with concerned department.
- On time placement of Fabrics, accessories, trims and monitor the status.
- Follow up with buyers for confirmation of materials as well as samples.
- Communicate with factory for production allotment.
- Prepare trim card and arrange PP meeting.
- Follow up with the production and shipment.
- Prepare final order report after shipment.
- Any duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
