Job Context:
∎ CARBONDYNE is a 100% export oriented Multi Product manufacturing / sourcing house as B2B supply house. It has diversified industrial complexes equipped with numbers of Multi Product Production units, Fabrics and Yarn Sourcing, Finishing and All Over Printing, Spinning, Ceramics, Jutes, Leather Goods, IT, Payment Gateway, etc.
∎ This position requires solid knowledge and hands-on experience in detail Merchandising and coordination. The incumbent will be act as a change agent to accelerate organizational development and overall transformation. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, dynamic and aspiring candidate who would join our team and meaningfully contribute to the efforts to reach the organization`s goal.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibilities to look at designated accounts assigned by the management, and provide updates
∎ Follow up on sample developments, production, customer follow up and coordination with a high degree of personal responsibility
∎ Attend buyers meeting, negotiate, secure and execute with the reporting manager
∎ All required submission as per Buyer's demand. Sample Fabrics, Trim Booking, etc.
∎ Co-ordinate with Production Team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure other team members are updating order status to own management and as well to buyer
∎ Coordinate determine / fix delivery schedule (date) and sequence of implementing all order in the lines
∎ Work closely with QA to ensure best final product. Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of experience for Merchandiser and 2 years of relevant experience for Sr. Merchandiser in handling Multi Products
∎ Capable to manage different Buyer's requirement independently
∎ Efficiently provide all kinds of support to the group leader from receiving order to final shipment
∎ Possess high sense of responsibility in the order to completion of the assignment
∎ Should be a long term planner.
