Job Responsibilities:
∎ OUR 8 HOUR SHIFT INCLUDES - DAY SHIFT (Bangladesh Time 7:00AM till 15:00PM), AFTERNOON SHIFT (Bangladesh Time 15:00PM to 23:00PM), NIGHT SHIFT (Bangladesh Time 23:00PM to 7:00AM) and structure of shifts: 1 person per 8 hour shift
∎ • Manage outbound and inbound calls to and from United Kingdom / Canada / Bangladesh / UAE customers in a timely manner.
∎ Follow communication "Manual" while handling different topics.
∎ Interest and good understanding of how financial services industry operates
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives, resolve the issue
∎ Training/ induction will be provided to navigate through and manage a call centre software system
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way.
∎ Receiving customers' enquirers, selling services / products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
∎ Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ Attendance is mandatory and crucial

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Punctual
∎ Proficient and fluency in reading and speaking English and Bangla language, with the ability to understand British English Accent. Speaking in British English Accent is also preferred.
∎ Able to speak clearly and persuasively positively, even during negative situations.
∎ Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
∎ Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask.
∎ Professional, courteous and know proper phone etiquette.
∎ Ability to relate with a diverse group of people and handle customer needs with care
∎ Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email etc.
