∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Your main tasks include the development of new concepts and ideas for new styles - for this you are in exchange with the product developers pattern making and technicians and work closely with them.
∎ You order sample materials or take care of the procu- rement of local materials, involved regularly sourcing and submit the material list to the material control department.
∎ Ordering and tracking all materials and related accessories such as zipper, label, lining and other accessories as needed is in your hands
∎ You also have regular lab dips done for zippers and threads of the new fabric.
∎ You will be in close communication with the sample room and the buyer company for sample production, care for pattern clarification from the buyer, and arrange related pattern blocks.
∎ You keep an eye on the big picture for production at all times: from design, to technical data, to samples.
∎ Your secondary responsibilities include providing a complete package of the buyer's technical files from the PLM system for sample development.
∎ Last but not least, you are accountable for the timely facilitation of all that is expected to carry out smooth production execution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ You have had 3+ years of experience in the textile field and bring knowledge on marketing as well as manufacturing and understand the cost structures of garments, embroidery or print.
∎ You score high with your strong leadership skills and supervisory experience.
∎ You are characterized by strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, and you also bring in-depth knowledge of MS Office programs and PLM software.
∎ You have a desire to work in a very fast-paced environment and overcome challenges with your organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ You work to be very organized and detail oriented and efficiently handle multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ You are fluent in both spoken and written English and have a good understanding of the latest trends in fashion.
