∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Diploma / Bachelor from a renowned university with excellent academic results.
∎ Educational qualification can be relaxed for the highly experienced candidate.
∎ At least 15 years relevant working experience in apparel industry.
∎ English fluency required, self-motivated, self-directed, proactive, solutions-driven change agent.
∎ Excellent problem solving and communication skills to deal with customers and factories
∎ Management skills, and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, from the production floor to the executive suite, in the company and customer organizations.

Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Handle day-to-day Merchandising operations;
∎ Facilitate order pursuits and prepare development samples and costing sheets;
∎ Understand and follow customer procedures for order fulfillment;
∎ Communicate with suppliers for raw materials, booking and delivery;
∎ Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities in fabric, pre-production sample development, costing and production tracking;
∎ Coordinate order placement process;
∎ Work with internal department to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods;
∎ Troubleshooting and provide solutions to the team upon critical issues;
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
