Experience:

• Diploma in Mechanical in Mechanical Engineering
• SSC

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age At least 21 years
• Only Male

• Sound knowledge on compliance issues and responsible to electrical & mechanical installation according to compliance requirement.
• Must have 03-05 years practical experiences in Export Oriented Knit, Oven, Jacket & Outerwear factory.
• Good knowledge about the Machines like: Fake down/down Padding, Quilting, Auto Cutter, Spider, Cutting, Needle, Plane, Over Lock, Over lock 4 thread, Over lock 5 Thread, Flat Lock, Two needle Lock Stich, Fit of the Arm, PMD Kansai, Pattern Sewar, Bar Tack, Hole, Button Stich, Fit of the Long ARM VT, Flat Seamer.

• Quickly identify the problems of Machine and solve as soon as possible.
• Analyze problems to see how mechanical devices run and solve the problem according the Planning and Maintenance schedule.
• To keep a record of total machine servicing in the factory (Maintenance, repairing & replacing).
• To keep and stock all kinds of machine with proper record especially require machine and available machinery parts.
• To train up the junior mechanic how to make easy and quickly repair the machine.
• To ensure that all safety measures are taken to ensure the safe operations of the machines and people working in the machines are safe.
• Keep proper register of the maintenance work under the head of each machine.
• Ensure that spares are considered to take special care and keep up-to-date information of replacing spares.
• Responsible that factory is not storing spares excessively and also ensure the correct estimate of spares requirement.
• Ensure the cleanliness of every machine's around, inside and outside.·        
• Make the monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly maintenance schedule and confirm their execution.
• To keep a record of total machine servicing in the factory (Maintenance, repairing & replacing)
• To follow up the daily activities of the mechanic
• To keep and stock all kinds of machine with proper record especially require machine and available machinery parts.
• Any other job instructed by superiors.
