·        Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all machinery.

·        Ensure proper monitoring and follow-up on scheduled machine maintenance, including breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

·        Oversee both routine and preventive maintenance functions for cutting, sewing, and auxiliary machines.

·        Develop work aids based on the needs of the Industrial Engineering (IE) department and support rapid style changeover.

·        Participate in the PP (Production Planning) meeting to address machine technical issues and review available resource slots.

·        Maintain regular communication with the entire maintenance team, both individually and as a group, to ensure effective two-way communication regarding maintenance matters.

·        Coordinate with suppliers for rented machines and spare parts as needed.

·        Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve any issues.

·        Responsible for periodic and scheduled maintenance of all factory machinery.

·        Able to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform the required maintenance and services.
