• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and digital reporting skills.

Organizational Policies & Safeguarding:

• Zero Tolerance Policy: SHED maintains a strict Zero Tolerance Policy regarding Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), fraud, corruption, and child abuse.

• Ineligibility Criteria: Candidates with a history of substance abuse (smoking or hard drinking) or any previous allegations or convictions related to PSEA are ineligible for this position.

Society for Health Extension and Development (SHED) is a national non-governmental organization that has been working in Bangladesh since 1989. SHED is currently implementing various projects in Health, Nutrition, WASH, Food Security, Protection, and DRR with support from UN agencies and international partners.

In partnership with Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation, SHED is seeking a qualified and dynamic professional for its project: "Inclusive Cities for Nutrition (IC4N) – 18-Month Cost Extension."

Location: Cox’s Bazar Pourashava (Municipality)

Contract Duration: 18 Months (Initial contract for 1 year, extendable)

Job Purpose: To provide strategic leadership in data management and ensure all technical nutrition interventions align with project targets through robust monitoring, evaluation, and the maintenance of accountability mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Systems: Maintain and update the Digital Dashboard and the project’s Improved Data Management System for real-time tracking.

• Progress Tracking: Systematically track project activity progress against the work plan and targets.

• Surveys & Assessments: Coordinate and lead baseline, midline, and end-line surveys, including KAP (Knowledge, Aptitude, and Practices) and HDDS (Household Dietary Diversity Score).

• CFRM Establishment: Establish and manage the Complaints and Feedback Response Mechanism (CFRM) within the project area.

• Safeguarding Focal Point: Act as the project PSEA (Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) and Safeguarding Focal Point, maintaining the primary case list and ensuring confidentiality.

• Capacity Building: Organize and facilitate training on CFRM for both project staff and beneficiaries.

• Institutional Support: Sensitize Cox’s Bazar Municipality (CBM) staff on the importance and implementation of the CFRM system.

• Documentation: Prepare monthly progress reports and Post-Distribution Monitoring (PDM) reports.

• Donor Submission: Compile and finalize high-quality technical reports for donor submission.

• Knowledge Management: Document best practices, success stories, and lessons learned to improve future project phases.

• Salary: Negotiable based on experience and expertise
