Job Context:

∎ JOB PURPOSE
∎ Develop high quality academic contents, materials and e-learning contents for Rohingya Community through reviewing developed materials by the team, national and international contents and materials, building capacity of teachers and staff, and tracking proper implementation in the classrooms.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review national & international curricula, contents, books and other supplementary materials.
∎ Develop scripts, assessment tools and techniques to prepare e-learning materials.
∎ Develop other e-learning materials (supplementary books, worksheets, lesson plan, monitoring tools, academic calendar, class routine, flashcards, charts, etc.).
∎ Conduct/facilitate training and workshops for teachers.
∎ Conduct regular field visits to follow up on the training provided to teachers and ensure effective implementation of the training at the school level.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years' experience in Development sector. Working experience in digital Education will get preference. ***Applicants who have experience working in the material development of LCFA (Learning Competency Framework Approach) project will need 2 years' total experience.
∎ Have a very good written communication and presentation skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Computer skills: MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point, E-mail and Internet browsing.
∎ Knowledge of education models, theories and practices.
∎ Experience in developing e-learning contents.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong analytical ability.
