∎ BBA or MBA in Marketing will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Communication and Negotiation Skill, Customer Relationship Management, MS Office suites, Team Leading, Time Management, Working under pressure

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Planning/ Development, Corporate Marketing, Hospital Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop appropriate marketing and promotion plans and strategies in relevance to the hospital services.
∎ Assist to develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing, communications and public relations program and monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate outcomes.
∎ Assist to prepare year calendar of marketing activities & budget and ensure its implementation through the approval of proper authority
∎ Analyze and identify market requirements through Market survey for current and future activities by conducting market research
∎ Assist In house & outside CME, Seminars in various department of the hospital
∎ Evaluating the effectiveness of old marketing programs and the viability of new ones
∎ Managing relationships with the media and the wider community
∎ Regular follow-up with existing and potential customers
∎ Ensure corporate business and growth by regular marketing and nourishing of corporate relationship
∎ Any other responsibilities are given by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership and management abilities
∎ Knowledge of MS office and marketing matrix.
∎ Good interpersonal skills are critical for this position.
∎ Proficiency in English and Bangla language is must.
