Experience:
Collaborate with product vendors to plan and execute joint promotions or sponsored campaigns.
Collect marketing materials (banners, standees, product samples) from vendors for in-store use.
Negotiate co-branding or co-financing of special offers, bundle deals, or festive campaigns.
Coordinate with vendors to schedule product launches or demos inside the super shop.
Ensure marketing compliance with both company and vendor branding guidelines.
Visit vendor offices or warehouses to collect documents, invoices, or cheques as required.
Represent the company in a professional and trustworthy manner during all interactions.
Work closely with the Accounts department to reconcile vendor accounts.
Coordinate with the procurement/purchase team for invoice approvals and GRNs (Goods Received Notes).
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of accounting/invoicing
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with retail supply chains (preferred)
Ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially
