Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Client Acquisition:
∎ Identify and target potential clients, including businesses, educational institutions, and individuals interested in soft skills training.
∎ Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into paying clients.
∎ Relationship Building:
∎ Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
∎ Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
∎ Continuously engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
∎ Marketing and Promotion:
∎ Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive client acquisition.
∎ Create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and online content, to showcase our platform's benefits.
∎ Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO, to reach a wider audience.
∎ Product Knowledge:
∎ Stay up-to-date with our soft skills training platform's features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
∎ Effectively communicate the platform's value proposition to clients and prospects.
∎ Sales Reporting and Analysis:
∎ Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition and revenue growth.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine marketing strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 37 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
∎ Familiarity with soft skills training concepts is a plus.
∎ Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
∎ Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
∎ Willingness to travel and meet with clients as needed.
