• 7+ years of proven experience in online bidding and freelancing marketplaces.

• At least 3 years in a leadership or project management capacity.

• Existing Upwork/Fiverr/LinkedIn profile with strong job history and feedback.

• Basic technical or functional understanding of service offerings.

• Strong command of English (both written and verbal).

• Deep understanding of different service categories (design/dev/marketing/content/etc.).

• High-level client communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Proficiency in tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar PM tools.

• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple stakeholders.

• Knowledge of CRM and reporting tools like HubSpot, Google Sheets, or Notion.

We’re hiring a highly experienced and self-driven Senior Marketplace Bidding Expert & Project Lead to join our core leadership team. The ideal candidate has an exceptional track record of winning contracts on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and others—and can also lead project delivery while managing a small to mid-sized team of professionals.

• Job Hunting & Client Acquisition:

  • Identify, research, and bid on high-potential freelance projects daily.

  • Write custom, winning proposals tailored to client needs.

  • Maintain and optimize profiles across all platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).

  • Leverage personal networks or client relationships to bring in off-platform contracts.

  • Actively negotiate and close deals with prospective clients.

• Team Leadership & Project Management

  • Act as a Team Lead & Client Manager for ongoing projects.

  • Allocate projects to internal team members based on skill set and availability.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

  • Maintain smooth communication between client and internal team.

  • Resolve escalations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Mentor junior bidding specialists or business developers if hired under your supervision.

• Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Maintain dashboards and reports for all bidding activities and project statuses.

  • Analyze success/failure metrics to refine bidding strategies.

  • Report progress, revenue, and challenges to senior management regularly.
