Skills Required:

  • 3+ years in international freelance business development, client acquisition, or agency growth.

  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams and project delivery.

  • Proven track record of winning high-value contracts and scaling client accounts.

  • Strong understanding of multiple service categories (design, dev, marketing, content, etc.).

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

  • Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp) and CRM/reporting tools (HubSpot, Google Sheets, Notion).

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and make decisions.



Responsibilities & Context:

Babylon Freelancing Agency is launching a new business wing, and we’re seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Team Lead to run and grow the operation.
This is not a back-office bidding role — it’s a leadership position for someone who can hunt, close, and deliver international freelance contracts while leading a talented team to success. Core Leadership Role – Hunting Clients, Delivering Projects, Leading TeamsThe ideal candidate will combine strategic business development skills with hands-on project leadership — driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.

1. International Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify and target high-value opportunities across Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships globally — both on and off-platform.

  • Develop winning proposals and negotiate contracts that align with agency growth targets.

  • Represent Babylon Freelancing Agency in client meetings, pitches, and networking events.

2. Team Leadership & Operations Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of specialists across design, development, marketing, and content.

  • Allocate resources, set priorities, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

  • Foster a high-performance culture that focuses on quality, accountability, and client satisfaction.

3. Strategic Planning & Growth Execution

  • Plan and execute quarterly revenue and business growth strategies.

  • Manage budgets for marketing, hiring, and operational needs.

  • Implement marketing initiatives to strengthen the agency’s brand and visibility.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track KPIs for client acquisition, revenue, and project delivery.

  • Maintain detailed performance dashboards for senior management review.

  • Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and market trends.
