Job Summary
The Head of SGO will lead the Institute’s overall technology strategy, IT governance, cybersecurity framework, system implementation, and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves managing cross-functional teams and ensuring robust and secure IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the IT strategy, policies, and governance framework.
Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, IT audit readiness, and risk management.
Lead infrastructure, software development, and support teams.
Manage budgeting, vendor relationships, and technology procurement.
Drive digital process automation, cloud adoption, and system integrations.
Provide strategic leadership for IT modernization.
