Responsibilities & Context:

Oversee end-to-end account management for Pico’s Managed Security Service (MSS) operations.

Serve as the key liaison for strategic clients, ensuring effective delivery of managed security solutions.

Monitor the performance of security systems including firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, and cloud security.

Coordinate with internal security teams and external stakeholders to ensure SLA adherence and threat mitigation.

Supervise security operations center (SOC) activities, threat analysis, and incident response.

Guide project implementations, new deployments, and upgrades for managed security platforms.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).

Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, client reports, and SOPs.

Conduct regular risk assessments and suggest improvements for client security postures.
