Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dhaka for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website performance.
Daily tasks include conducting in-depth keyword research, performing comprehensive SEO audits, executing white-hat link-building campaigns, optimizing website content for on-page and technical SEO, and monitoring website performance using analytics tools.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure best SEO practices are implemented across all digital channels and client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed keyword research to identify growth opportunities.
Perform technical and on-page SEO audits with actionable recommendations.
Optimize website content, meta tags, internal linking, and structure for search engines.
Develop and execute ethical link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
Monitor and analyze website performance using web analytics tools.
Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and prepare performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Work collaboratively with design, development, and content teams.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO techniques.
Hands-on experience conducting SEO audits and implementing improvements.
Proven experience in building high-quality backlinks.
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
SEO certifications and experience with SEO platforms/tools are a plus.
