Fluent in English and Bangla (written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and lead management platforms.
● Identify and target potential clients across industries that can benefit from Ahsan Technologies’ services.
● Generate qualified business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and outbound outreach.
● Research client needs, industries, and market segments to uncover new business opportunities.
● Promote Ahsan Technologies’ core offerings including software development, web & mobile apps, ERP/CRM, and cloud solutions.
● Assist in preparing tailored proposals, quotations, and business presentations for prospective clients.
● Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline data in CRM systems.
● Provide regular reports on lead status, conversion metrics, and forecast updates to leadership.
● Support the business development team and coordinate meetings with clients and technical teams for solution discussions.
● Collaborate with marketing to align promotional campaigns with sales goals.
● Ensure excellent client experience and help maintain long-term customer relationships to drive retention.
Performance Incentives / Commission based on leads converted and revenue generated.
