Skills Required: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate),MTCNA

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 30 years

Professional certifications:

  • Valid CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate).

  • MTCNA (MikroTik Certified Network Associate). 

Required Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of IP networking, TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, routing protocols (static routing, OSPF, BGP preferred).

Hands‑on experience with:

  • LAN switching, router configuration, and inter‑VLAN routing.

  • WiFi planning and design, including coverage planning, AP placement, basic RF concepts, and WiFi heat‑map/diagram preparation.

  • LAN and routing planning, including network topology diagrams, capacity planning, and redundancy planning. 

Practical experience with network monitoring tools:

  • Zabbix for performance, availability, and alerting dashboards.

  • Nagios (or NagiOS) for server and service monitoring, alert configuration, and incident follow‑up.

  • Familiarity with firewall rules, NAT, VPN tunnels, and basic network security best practices.

  • Experience with MikroTik, Cisco, and common SMB/enterprise switches and wireless controllers is preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, and WiFi networks, including routing and switching configurations.

  • Prepare and update network diagrams (WiFi planning diagrams, LAN topology, routing diagrams) and documentation for all sites.

  • Configure and manage Zabbix and Nagios for proactive monitoring, alerting, reporting, and capacity analysis.

  • Troubleshoot network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes to minimize downtime.

  • Coordinate with ISP and vendors for link provisioning, outage resolution, and performance optimization.

  • Support network changes (maintenance windows, upgrades, migrations) and follow change management processes.

  • Ensure adherence to security policies, including access control, segmentation, and regular configuration backups.
