This is a senior technology leadership role focusing on IoT, Enterprise & Global Systems at Bondstein Technology Limited and its related concerns. You will lead a team of 50+ software engineers across Backend, Frontend, Mobile, Infrastructure, Database, QA, and DevOps.

Software development and technology solutions, IOT & AI-based products and services, Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) solutions, SaaS Solutions, Digital Solutions, Enterprise System

Responsibilities:

• Define software architecture and technology roadmap.

• Set coding standards and best practices; lead architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design sessions.

• Design scalable systems like microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud applications.

• Build fast, secure, reliable systems for large-scale real-time data processing and analytics.

• Use modern tools and improve quality with CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices.

• Guide on Android and iOS mobile app development with secure, scalable, high-performance apps connected to backend and IoT systems.

• Mentor engineers and tech leads, support career growth (IDPs), and build a culture of learning and teamwork.

• Work with product, project, operations, data, security, and business teams to turn business needs into technical solutions and support decisions.

• Ensure system stability, security, monitoring, logging, incident management, and continuous improvement.

• 50,000+ IoT devices generating around 900 million monthly I/O transactions

• Advanced identity management systems for a leading global government agency

• Infrastructure and applications for a #1 bank handling 800k+ DAU

• Large-scale enterprise systems across multiple sectors, like IoT, fintech, security, transportation, and smart systems

• Ensuring technical stability of services offered across portfolio of clients including industry category leaders

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) is a must

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering is a plus

• 8+ years of experience with 4+ years of tech leadership experience in relevant field with tech team leadership skills

Must Have:

• Strong knowledge of AWS and private VPS management, with hands-on experience in application deployment.

• A confident problem solver with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.

• Demonstrates 200% ownership, taking full responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks and deliverables.

Technical Skills (Preferred but not limited to):

• Programming & Backend Development: GoLang, Python, JavaScript (Node.js), PHP, or .NET with strong experience in building scalable backend systems and APIs.

• System Design & Architecture: Distributed systems, microservices, API design, event-driven architecture, and high-scale system design.

• Databases: Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and SQLite.

• Mobile Development: Good understanding of Android (Kotlin/Java), iOS (Swift).

• Cloud & DevOps: AWS or GCP, Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and basic infrastructure management.

• Middleware & Infrastructure (Exposure): MQTT, WebRTC, Nginx, Apache, Firebase, Redis, and Memcached.

• Data & ML (Basic/Working Knowledge): NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, scikit-learn (for data understanding and collaboration with ML teams).

• Operating Systems: Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows environments.

• Domain Exposure (Optional but valuable): IoT systems, LoRaWAN, RFID, NFC, Arduino, SOA architecture, and large-scale distributed systems.

Job Location: Bondstein HQ (Runner Tower), Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka, Bangladesh 

Office Days and Time: Sunday to Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm

Job Nature: On-site (work from office)
