Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to drive sales growth of GPS/VTS solutions across assigned territories. The role focuses on field sales execution, channel partner management, and consistent target achievement.
Key Responsibilities
Sell and promote Vehicle (GPS) Tracking solutions within the assigned territory
Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with consistent lead generation and conversion
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Follow up with new and existing clients to ensure sales closure and customer satisfaction
Execute trade marketing activities and field-level promotional campaigns
Deliver sales presentations, negotiate deals, and coordinate with internal teams for post-sales support
Collect qualified leads from dealers and partners and ensure timely follow-up
