Job Context
We are an App development company seeking a performance-oriented App Growth & Performance Specialist to lead strategic user acquisition and scalable growth initiatives across global markets. The role requires proven expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact advertising campaigns specifically for iOS applications, with deep knowledge of paid media execution, mobile attribution, analytics, and ROI-driven campaign management within the Apple ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving install growth and maximizing revenue through data-led campaign strategy and continuous performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Google Ads (App Campaigns), Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other relevant platforms to drive high-quality app installs and revenue growth.
Design data-driven full-funnel strategies focused on optimizing cost per install (CPI), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), user retention, and lifetime value (LTV), while making sure growth is sustainable.
Manage and optimize advertising budgets with strict performance accountability, continuously refining targeting, bidding models, and creative strategy to maximize ROI.
Analyze campaign performance metrics including CTR, conversion rate, installs, cost efficiency, and revenue attribution, delivering strategic insights and executive-level reports.
Implement structured experimentation frameworks through A/B testing of creatives, messaging, landing pages, and App Store listings to enhance conversion and engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to optimize onboarding funnels, user journeys, and App Store Optimization (ASO) performance.
Utilize advanced analytics and mobile attribution platforms to ensure accurate performance tracking, data integrity, and campaign measurement while maintaining full compliance.
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging advertising technologies to maintain market leadership and growth momentum.
