• The applicants should have basic experience in the following area(s): Mikrotik Router, Cisco, IBM Server, Dell Server, EPON OLT, and GPON OLT.
• The applicants should have well known in the following business area(s): ISP, NOC, CCTV & IP Phone, Attendance Machine Enabled Service.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Provide professional and friendly support consistently via telephone, electronic help desk, and live chat with outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.

• System monitoring and response.

• Any other task assigned by management.

• LAN/WAN Support for NOC.

• Coordinate with head office and technical support team for early resolution of any Fiber, UTP related problem, incidents through appropriate and fast troubleshooting.

• Guide the cable Technicians for proper and on time Fiber, UTP link installation as per company standard and industry best practice. Try to complete every link ASAP and with minimum time, that will increase department performance.
