• Strong technical knowledge in programming, networking, or cloud tools.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with regular travel for client meetings and field visits.

• Knowledge of LMS and digital tools is a plus.

The task of creating and implementing efficient technical training programs to improve staff members' IT proficiency and digital capabilities falls to IT Training. In order to perform their jobs effectively, this position makes sure that employees have the tools they need and are knowledgeable on the most recent software and systems.

• Coordinate all IT training activities, ensuring smooth execution of technical sessions.
• Collaborate with trainers to prepare course outlines, materials, and technical setups.
• Conduct field visits to colleges, training institutes, and corporate offices to promote IT training programs.
• Assist in student and corporate onboarding, demonstrations, and post-training support.
• Follow up with prospective clients, track leads, and help close training deals.
• Maintain up-to-date records of sessions, feedback, and performance outcomes.
• Identify market trends and contribute ideas to develop new IT training modules.
