Responsibilities & Context:

Training Department plays a vital role in designing, implementing, and managing employee training and development programs within the organization. This role is responsible for identifying training needs, developing effective training strategies, and ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and performance standards. The Assistant Manager supports continuous learning and professional growth among employees to enhance organizational capability and productivity.

  • Assist the Project Manager in overall planning and execution of training programs.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of both IT and Soft Skills training units.
  • Supervise training calendars, content development, and trainer coordination.
  • Lead and support Senior Executives in executing training sessions and outreach plans.
  • Actively hunt and engage with new clients — including corporates, institutions, and  students — to promote training services.
  • Conduct field visits, attend meetings, and represent the company in seminars or education fairs.
  • Coordinate client proposals, training demos, and onboarding processes.
  • Monitor training effectiveness, collect feedback, and improve program delivery.
  • Maintain training records, KPIs, and monthly progress reports.
