Position Overview
GPEL and GAB are looking for motivated Telesales Executives to generate sales through outbound and follow-up calls. The primary responsibility of this role is to convert leads into course enrolments (GAB) and student file openings (GPEL).
This position is suitable for individuals who are confident communicators, target-driven, and interested in building a career in education sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and existing leads.
Provide accurate information about study abroad opportunities, language courses, and test preparation programs.
Convert inquiries into confirmed course enrolments and file openings.
Maintain professional and high-quality communication over the phone.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure maximum conversion.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch revenue growth.
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems regularly.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the service sector, EdTech, education, or consultancy.
Strong spoken English and clear communication skills.
Confident, persuasive, and capable of closing sales over the phone.
Target-oriented with a strong motivation to achieve incentives.
Professional attitude with a customer-focused approach.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: 10,000 – 12,000 BDT
Performance Incentives:
Commission per successful course enrolment (GAB)
Incentive per successful student file opening (GPEL)
Earning Potential: 15,000+ BDT per month based on performance and target achievement
