  Globalwings Study Abroad is looking for energetic and proactive Call Center Representatives who will be responsible for handling student inquiries through calls, messages, and social media platforms regarding study abroad opportunities. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate clearly, provide accurate basic information, respond quickly, and maintain proper follow-up with students. The role also requires coordination with counselors and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and a professional student support experience.

  Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and messages from students

• Give basic information about study abroad programs

• Respond to inquiries quickly and follow up regularly

• Listen to students and understand their basic requirements

• Keep students engaged and provide initial support

• Work with marketing team and support lead handling

• Coordinate with counselors for follow-up and student assistance

• Communicate in a polite and professional manner at all times
