Experience:
Minimum 5 years of practical experience as a section officer or an Assistant Registrar at the university level.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and departments concurrently.
Excellent verbal and written skills for handling student, faculty, and stakeholder inquiries.
Strong problem-solving skills to manage data and compliance issues
Preparing class routines, organizing examinations, overseeing the grade submission process, and auditing records for graduation eligibility.
Interpreting and implementing academic policies, ensuring regulatory compliance with the Ministry of Education and other external bodies.
Taking minutes for Academic Council meetings, Syndicate meetings, or faculty panels, and facilitating follow-up actions.
Overseeing scholarships, tuition waivers, and financial aid records
Reports to the Registrar or Associate Registrar.
Works closely with faculty, IT staff, and student service units to ensure smooth operations.
Requires high proficiency in University Management Systems (UMS), databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
