- Strong IT proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, Online Teaching Platforms, Digital Class Tools).
- Ability to coordinate teachers, students, and guardians effectively.
- Strong moral values, discipline, and dedication to institutional growth.
Responsibilities & Context:
১. হিফয বিভাগের সর্বোচ্চ মান নিশ্চিত করা এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল শিক্ষকের পাঠদানের মান নিয়মিত যাচাই করা।
২. শিক্ষার্থীদের সহীহ, মানসম্মত ও দ্রুত হিফয সম্পন্নের কার্যকরী পরিকল্পনা গ্রহণ ও বাস্তবায়ন করা।
৩. হিফয বিভাগে শিক্ষক-শিক্ষার্থীদের নিয়মিত উপস্থিতি নিশ্চিত করা।
৪. প্রতিটি হিফয ক্লাস নিয়মিত ভিজিট করা।
৫. কায়েদা → আম্মাপারা → নাযেরা → হিফয স্তরে উত্তীর্ণের মান যাচাই করে প্রিন্সিপাল বরাবর রিপোর্ট প্রদান করা।
৬. নিয়মিত মাশক ক্লাস পরিচালনা করা।
৭. জাতীয় ও আন্তর্জাতিক কুরআন তিলাওয়াত প্রতিযোগিতার জন্য শিক্ষার্থীদেরকে প্রস্তুত করা এবং অংশ গ্রহণের খোঁজ খবর রাখা।
৮. মাসিক অগ্রগতি রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত ও উপস্থাপন করা।
৯. দুর্বল শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য বিশেষ পরিকল্পনা গ্রহণ করা।
১০. অভিভাবকদের সাথে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ রাখা।
১১. হিফয বিভাগের বার্ষিক কর্মপরিকল্পনা প্রণয়ন।
১২. শিক্ষকদের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় প্রশিক্ষণ ও উন্নয়নমূলক কর্মশালার আয়োজন করা।
১৩. শিক্ষার্থীদের আদব-আখলাক ও তারবিয়াহ এর বিষয়গুলো তত্ত্বাবধান করা।
১৪. শিক্ষার্থীদের সঠিক মূল্যায়ন, ফলাফল বিশ্লেষণ ও মান উন্নয়নে পরিকল্পনা গ্রহণ করা।
১৫. প্রতিষ্ঠানের নীতিমালা মেনে চলা এবং সামগ্রীক বিষয়ে প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রধানকে রিপোর্ট করা।
