Job Context:
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and confident Female Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, presentable, and capable of guiding clients professionally. She will play a key role in understanding client needs, providing accurate information about our services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients in person, over the phone, and through digital channels
Understand client needs and provide appropriate consultancy services
Maintain and update client records and follow up regularly
Assist clients with required documentation and application processes
Explain service details clearly and professionally to prospective clients
Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
Attend meetings, training sessions, and events when required
