• Proven experience in marketing and merchandising in the Knit and lingerie industry.

• Merchandisers who do not have marketing experience and direct contact with buyers must not apply.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• We are looking for a person who already have developed buyers himself and can bring ready orders for the company.

• Understanding of brand development and customer relationship management.

• Experience in sourcing new business opportunities and expanding customer base.

• Must have buyers in hand to feed 20-30 productions lines round the year.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new brands/buyers for all types of knitwear including lingerie products.

• Identify and contact potential clients through market research and networking.

• Collaborate with sample and production teams to understand and meet buyer`s specifications.

• Manage the end-to-end merchandising process from order receiving to delivery.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with buyers to ensure profitability.

• Coordinate with production and quality control teams to ensure timely and quality production.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Prepare and present reports and performance metrics to senior management.
