Experience:
Proven experience in marketing and merchandising in the Knit and lingerie industry.
Merchandisers who do not have marketing experience and direct contact with buyers must not apply.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We are looking for a person who already have developed buyers himself and can bring ready orders for the company.
Understanding of brand development and customer relationship management.
Experience in sourcing new business opportunities and expanding customer base.
Must have buyers in hand to feed 20-30 productions lines round the year.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new brands/buyers for all types of knitwear including lingerie products.
Identify and contact potential clients through market research and networking.
Collaborate with sample and production teams to understand and meet buyer`s specifications.
Manage the end-to-end merchandising process from order receiving to delivery.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with buyers to ensure profitability.
Coordinate with production and quality control teams to ensure timely and quality production.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and present reports and performance metrics to senior management.
Encashment of Earned Leave after serving for one year.
