∎ Proven experience in managing high-end products like padded jackets, Real Down Jackets, Fake Down Jackets, Long and Short Fashion Jackets, Seam Sealed Jackets etc.
∎ Strong command over factory operations and production floor management.
∎ Strong leadership and problem-solving ability.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage full Cut to Ship (CTS) operations for woven outerwear – cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, and shipment.
∎ Handle specialized garments like padded jackets, Real Down Jackets, Fake Down Jackets, Long and Short Fashion Jackets, Seam Sealed Jackets etc.
∎ Ensure efficient line balancing, process optimization, and target-based performance monitoring.
∎ Collaborate with planning, merchandising, QA, and logistics teams for smooth workflow and timely delivery.
∎ Maintain quality control across all production stages in line with buyer specifications and international standards.
∎ Lead production review meetings, resolve floor-level issues, and ensure WIP tracking.
∎ Train and develop production teams, ensuring adherence to safety, compliance, and performance standards.
∎ Troubleshoot issues related to padding, down filling, quilting, and technical construction of outerwear.
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager/Sr. Manager-Production for Woven Outerwear . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of our woven outerwear products. You will play a pivotal role in managing production schedules, resource allocation, and maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
