Job Context:
Scandex Textile Industries Ltd., a leading yarn dyeing unit under the Panam Group, is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented professional to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate must have strong marketing expertise in the textile and RMG sector with proven experience in subcontract yarn dyeing business.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Identify and develop new customers for yarn dyeing subcontract business.
Maintain strong relationships with existing buyers and ensure repeat business.
Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking to identify new opportunities.
Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to management.
