Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis manpower, monitor manpower requirement as per approved manpower plan & subsequent recruitment, selection & placement.
∎ Ensure a fair & transparent talent acquisition process including job profilers & circulars within standard time.
∎ Need to conduct job analysis including fixing job description, job specification, position analysis.
∎ Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and responsible to ready salary sheet on timely manner.
∎ Develop strategies for central recruitment system & retention process.
∎ Prepare & Implement policies & procedure.
∎ Need to work for developing the KPI based performance appraisal system for the company.
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Applicants who do not have any experience in RMG sector need not to apply.
∎ Incumbent should be strong, mentally & physically, to manage a large composite factory.
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law and other applicable laws & regulations.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills and good public relation.
∎ Good command in English.
∎ Must have good operational knowledge on email communication, MS Office
∎ Managing a team performing end to end payroll processing · Perform quality control audits to ensure accuracy.
∎ General HR, Factory HR Administration, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Payroll Management, Organization Development/Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management, Labor Union Management.
