Job Summary:
The Senior Manager / Manager (HR, Compliance, and Sustainability) will lead the Human Resources, regulatory compliance, and sustainability initiatives of the organization. The role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor and environmental regulations, and promoting sustainable business practices in alignment with corporate values and international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the organization’s goals.
Manage recruitment, performance management, training, and employee engagement programs.
Oversee compensation and benefits administration in line with company policies.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Ensure effective employee relations and grievance management.
Compliance Management:
Ensure organizational compliance with local labor laws, industrial relations regulations, and international standards.
Implement and monitor compliance frameworks related to ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 18001/45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management).
Prepare and maintain accurate compliance documentation and reports. Candidates should be work with Better Work.
Liaise with auditors, government agencies, and other regulatory bodies.
Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
Develop and execute sustainability strategies to promote environmental and social responsibility.
Monitor sustainability KPIs and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
Lead initiatives related to waste reduction, energy efficiency, and community development.
Prepare sustainability and CSR reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Leadership & Coordination:
Provide strategic guidance to management on HR, compliance, and sustainability matters.
