Responsibilities & Context:
Broad knowledge about yarn processing to knitted fabric, dyeing and finishing of all knitted fabrics.
Responsible for knitting & Dyeing production to execution from outsource/sub-contract factory with efficient planning and on time delivery.
Responsible for pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, and market research and brand strategy.
Good knowledge on knit dyeing, dyeing machine capacity, Cotton & Polyester dyeing, single jersey, lycra jersey, terry, fleece rib dyeing.
Follow up yarn to Finish Fabric Delivery factory or outside.
Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Knitting & dyeing department.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee Knitting & Dyeing production schedules to meet customer requirements.
Monitor Knitting & Dyeing processes to ensure quality control and adherence to colour standards.
Optimize Knitting & Dyeing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain in development stage to bulk all test parameter according to buyer requirement.
Need to understand and analyse Knitting, Dyeing & Fabric finishing.
To make necessary Knitting, Dyeing & Dyeing finishing production plan as per the shipment schedule provided by merchandising or production planning department Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.
Analyse knitting & Knit dyeing production data, production volume & coordination in material management.
Execute production by maintaining all the parameters and ensure right quality including (Shrinkage, GSM, Twisting, etc.) as per buyer & company.
Work with the other department for committed orders and monitor the production Critical Path regularly to ensure on time shipment.
Communication with merchants and production team for final finishing.
Maintain in development stage to bulk all test parameter according to buyer requirement.
Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow by balancing the sewing production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
To make necessary Knitting & Dyeing production plan as per the shipment schedule provided by merchandising or production planning department Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.
Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
